Structural recommendation
Our engineering team proposes suitable structures (single wall, double wall, ripple wall, coating type) based on performance needs such as heat resistance, leakage prevention, and cost efficiency.
Artwork and printing confirmation
We review customer design files (AI/PDF), adjust printing layout if needed, and confirm color standards, logo placement, and production feasibility before sampling.
Sample production
We produce physical samples using actual production machines to reflect real mass-production conditions, including material, printing, and structure accuracy.
Customer approval testing
Samples are sent to customers for functional testing and market evaluation, including fit, leakage resistance, printing quality, and packaging suitability.
Mass production
After approval, we lock production parameters and begin large-scale manufacturing under standardized QC control to ensure consistency across all batches.
Export shipment
Finished goods are packed according to export standards, palletized for container loading, and shipped with full documentation (invoice, packing list, CO if required).
