ETON operates a structured quality control system to ensure all products meet food-contact safety and export requirements.

Quality Control

Quality control is implemented through four production stages to ensure consistent product performance across mass production.

Incoming Material Inspection

All incoming raw materials are tested for paper GSM, coating thickness, and supplier certification validity before entering production.

In-Process Production Control

During production, we continuously monitor forming accuracy, printing alignment, and dimensional consistency to prevent batch deviation.

Functional Testing

Finished semi-products are tested for leakage resistance, heat tolerance, and stacking strength to ensure real usage performance in food service environments.

Final Inspection

Before packaging, random batch sampling is conducted to verify appearance, labeling accuracy, barcode correctness, and carton integrity.

Food Contact Material Compliance

All materials used in production are selected based on food-contact application requirements and export market regulations.

We use food-grade virgin paperboard, compliant printing inks, and PE or PLA coatings depending on product function and destination market requirements.

Material selection is aligned with regulatory expectations in major export regions including EU food packaging directives and US FDA food-contact material standards (material-level compliance).

Certification

We are certified or audited under FSC, BRC, BSCI, and ISO systems, which are commonly required by importers, brand owners, and retail supply chains.

FSC certification relates to responsible sourcing of paper materials, while BRC focuses on hygiene and safety control during production.

BSCI audit reflects our social compliance in factory operations, and ISO certification supports standardized quality management across production processes.

Third-party testing from SGS can be arranged if customers require independent product verification before shipment.

OK Compost certification is available for selected biodegradable products based on material structure and coating type.

Batch Traceability System

Each production batch is assigned a unique tracking code that links raw materials, production records, and shipment data for full supply chain traceability.

This system records production date, machine line, shift data, and raw material batch numbers to ensure traceability in case of quality verification or audit requirements.

All finished cartons are labeled with batch identification codes, allowing customers to track products from factory production to container shipment.

Quality Consistency for Export Orders

For repeat export customers, we maintain fixed production parameters per SKU to ensure stable quality across multiple production cycles.

Machine settings such as forming pressure, printing calibration, and coating thickness are standardized to reduce batch-to-batch variation.

Color management systems are used to control printing consistency, especially for brand-sensitive private label and retail packaging orders.

Export carton specifications are also standardized to ensure stable stacking strength and container loading efficiency during international transportation.

Third-Party Inspection Support

01

We support independent third-party inspections conducted either by SGS or customer-designated inspection agencies before shipment.

02

Inspection can cover product appearance, functional testing, packaging verification, and carton loading checks prior to container sealing.

03

All inspection activities can be scheduled before shipment to ensure transparency and compliance with buyer quality requirements.
